Testing Lead, R&D Digital, Data & Informatics

We are seeking an experienced Testing Lead for our newly formed R&D Digital, Data & Informatics team.

Primary responsibilities include: 
  • Responsible for driving multiple testing projects and ensuring the seamless testing delivery
  • Manage the testing services provided to development systems in line with policies, processes, procedures, and guidelines
  • Develop relevant test strategies and plans for DD&I systems
  • Lead, guide, monitor and participate in the analysis, design, implementation and execution of tests on designated projects
  • Establish relevant test policies, processes and procedures, and monitor compliance
  • Develop and maintain resource plans; coordinate resource/staffing plans with the various stakeholders
  • Ensure system is appropriately tested and ready for go-live
  • Define, track and review the testing metrics


What you have to offer.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, Medical, or Biomedical sciences
  • 3+ years’ experience in software testing
  • Experience within biopharmaceuticals or concurrent industry preferred but not essential
  • ISTQB Foundation Certificate in Software Testing is a plus
  • Knowledge of testing SaaS products
  • Understanding of appropriate test approaches for different types of applications and scenarios
  • First experiences in test automation
  • Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Familiarity with digital health, medicine or electronic health data
