Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Manager* Germany

Based on our solid scientific, technological and clinical base. We have established our commercial operations in Germany. As the Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Manager* Germany, you will ensure a best-in-class Sales organization, which is fully data-driven as well as stakeholder-centric, and thereby make an essential contribution to this global health issue. Your main responsibilities are:
  • Being a critical business/sparring partner as the SFE subject matter expert, in order to define and shape the future of BioNTech’s stakeholder engagement journey
  • Manage and develop all SFE-related objectives and be the key advisor on these to all business stakeholders
  • Implement SFE frameworks to increase the effectiveness of hybrid Sales Forces through regular complex analysis, optimization of business processes, the use of effective tools and techniques to drive stakeholder centricity
  • Project management of specific Sales Force initiatives, e.g. targeting exercises, incentive scheme design, definition of key metrics and implementation of business intelligence solutions as well as management of respective monitoring systems

What you have to offer.

  • University degree in statistics, economics, business administration, informatics or sciences, added with at least 3 years of experience in SFE, Data Management or management of Business Intelligence solutions
  • Ability to translate strategy into execution at stakeholder, customer, account and territory level
  • Knowledge and experience of sales metrics, field force incentives programs, territory/customer performance analysis and management reportings with Tableau, Qlikview or Power BI
  • Very strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as very strong cross-functional collaboration and alignment skills
  • Fluent in German and English
