PSE Process Excellence Engineer*

The PSE (Production Systems Engineering) process Excellence process owner is responsible for establishing, implementing, maintaining and improving the overall system development process for production system engineering and ensuring adequate tool support. He collects and aligns requirements and improvement suggestions towards the process from the teams, group leadership and corporate standards, owns the corresponding backlog and coordinates the execution activities. He drives decision taking and resolution of impediments. 
 Your main responsibilities are:
  • Own the PSE internal systems like Application Lifecycle Management.
  • Be the PSE contact for bordering processes and projects as eDMS, eQMS, etc
  • Prioritize and coordinate improvement activities
  • Ensure process alignment with corporate standards, especially regarding GxP and validation
  • Establish development process governance including alignment of requirements, documentation, training and continuous improvement

What you have to offer.

  • Masters Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or at least 5 years of relevant experience in pharma, operations in IT or process management
  • Strong experience with system development processes in GxP environments
  • Strong experience in continuous improvement frameworks (lean, six sigma) and change management
  • Knowledge in agile frameworks, e.g. SAFe
  • Knowledge in system development tools, e.g. ALM
  • Strong project, stakeholder and communication management skills
  • Fluent in German and English
