Medical Advisor* Germany

You'll be a crucial member of our German Medical Affairs Department, providing high-quality scientific and clinical support to medico-marketing activities. With your expertise, you support the strategic planning and help manage our clinical research in relation to the COVID-19 vaccine. Your main responsibilities are:
  • Support the German Medical Director in operational as well as strategic decisions, plans and tasks; act as his/her deputy
  • Review and sign-off marketing materials and ensure compliance with the codes and laws including GCP, Codes of Practice and medicine legislation
  • Drive and support medical affairs projects and activities (e.g. patient centricity as well as conferences)
  • Develop relationships with key opinion leaders, patient organisations and professional groups; provide medical and strategic input into advisory boards
  • Act as "data expert" for BNT162, support the sales force and market access teams with scientific data required for formulary submissions and hold medical trainings for commercial staff

What you have to offer.

  • Medical Doctor, Pharmacist or PhD with at least 2 years of experience as a medical advisor or manager in a biotech or pharma company at German affiliate level. Significant medical/clinical experience
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (with regard to scientific information) and a proven track record of cross-functional team working
  • Profound project management skills, customer focus with strong networking capabilities and integration with KOLs
  • Understanding of clinical development and Good Clinical Research Practice as well as highest ethical standards
  • Fluency in German and English (both spoken and written)
