Manager* Global Mobility Policy

BNT is looking for an experienced Manager Global Mobility Policy to make BNT ready for the future international growth. Reporting directly to our Director Global Mobility, you will contribute massively to develop the newly established BNT’s Global Mobility department.

Your main responsibilities are:
  • Together with the Director Global Mobility and other team members you are mainly responsible for the development of BNT’s international transfer policies to establish the future of global mobility standards for BNT´s global expansion
  • Development and implementation of suitable guidelines, processes and systems to operationalize the policies in various aspects (e.g. cost projections, exception management, relocation etc.).
  • Support with providing advice to management board, executives and HRBPs on all policy mobility related matters.
  • Be the first contact to employees on their transfer related topics.
  • Partner with business units on reporting, analysis, and strategic assessments of their mobility activities. 
  • Coordinate and manage respective vendors on operational matters
  • Support other HR projects in an international context

What you have to offer.

  • Relevant university degree in an HR- or Business related field
  • Experience in global mobility policy consulting (min. 5 yrs.), ideally also in mobile office and cross border employment policies
  • Experience with the set-up of standard processes and process documentation
  • Excitement and perseverance to build something from scratch in a very fast paced environment
  • High affinity for Technology is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a team player mindset
  • Fluent German and English language skills is a must
