Management Associate* Germany

Working cross-functionally as the Management Associate*, you will support the development and implementation of key commercial strategies and activities for products launched or about to be launched within Germany. Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Support the implementation of the commercial strategy for Germany by driving the completion of specific project outcomes and taking ownership of deliverables
  • Work directly with Product Managers to develop key insights into the German market and its consequences for our products
  • Participate in the strategic development and deployment of key initiatives and tactics within the affiliate structure
  • Work in concert with cross functional teams across different levels within the company, acting as the information source for commercial programs within Germany
  • Create and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders, implementing proactive and continuous communication ensuring awareness of the latest developments for products on the German market

What you have to offer.

  • Degree in business, marketing, management or the life-sciences combined with more than 3 years of experience in a supportive managerial role
  • Previous experience in preparation of sensitive materials for review by authorities and demonstrated ability to work across functional levels and deliver outstanding results
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work autonomously or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities to meet deliverables under tight timelines
  • Fluency in German and a strong English proficiency as well as high proficiency in Microsoft programs
