Head* Quality iNest (Individualized Neoantigen Specific Immunotherapy)

Within this important position, you are responsible ensuring high quality products to reach the market, preserve compliance, and achieve successful health authority inspections. This is achieved within the framework of regulatory compliance and operating within established high standards of Quality under GMP./ Your main responsibilities are:
  • Ensure a fit-for-purpose quality organization and quality system at the site including continous improvement
  • Manages all site quality resource allocation, including assets, efficiently
  • Anticipating and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders including health authorities
  • Ensures that all aspects of technical operations within the facilities are in compliance with global policies and GMP-standards  
  • Leading several team leads from Quality Assurance and Quality Control

What you have to offer.

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant scientific discipline additional qualifications (MSc, PhD, MBA) are advantageous
  • +10 years significative experience within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Working knowledge of relevant local and international regulations 
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical business and quality governance
  • Ability to work across multiple business functions to build consensus
  • Experience leading team/budget 
  • Experience in hosting and collaborating with national or international regulatory agencies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to conceptualize, analyze, plan and manage in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to be agile and effectively collaborate in a dynamic, cross-functional  environment.
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity and rapid growth and adapt to change.
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is essential
