Enterprise IT Liaison - R&D Digital, Data & Informatics

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise IT Liaison for our newly formed R&D Digital, Data & Informatics team.

Primary responsibilities include:
  • Manage and provision infrastructure resources for internal and external R&D DD&I users e.g., Clinical Development customers, solution vendors
  • Work closely with Enterprise IT to configure, manage and deliver IT environments using relevant resources e.g., data center, cloud infrastructure
  • Support the set up and authorization of Enterprise software, hardware and server resources for new R&D DD&I users
  • Manage configuration changes and IT workloads
  • Work closely with Enterprise IT to implement preventative, and reactive maintenance measures
  • Implement solutions to detect anomalous network and security behavior in Clinical Development systems and solutions
  • Manage identity and access controls, organizational security policies and security best practices across Clinical Development systems and solutions
  • Supports the continuous development of the organization by actively coaching project teams in methodology and tools

What you have to offer.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems 
  • 5+ years’ relevant experience in IT operations
  • Experience within the biopharmaceutical industry and R&D processes is preferred
  • A strong understanding of (and commitment to) Enterprise IT strategic intent and the ability to translate that to the delivery of R&D results
  • Demonstrable experience and technical expertise in installing, configuring and maintaining IT systems and solutions
