BPA Business Partner* – Technical Operations

Within the function Business Planning & Analyses (BPA) you will be an effective partner to the operations and manufacturing organization with a focus on productivity, utilization and quality, while operating and monitoring financial performance to generate a comprehensive "production view". In addition, you will ensure that improvements in production operations translate into overall increased profitability. Your main responsibilities are:
  • Provides business partnering for the operations/manufacturing organization with the focus on driving productivity, utilization and quality with a collaborative approach to operational decision-making; interacts with production management via delivery of dedicated production information
  • Coordinates, supports and reviews production planning & forecasting
  • Develops, maintains and constantly improves performance indicators to improve operational performance with a collaborative approach and proactively develops initiatives and measures to improve operations performance
  • Supports decision-making process of production management by commenting and preparation of regularly performance review meetings
  • Supports the identification, assessment and mitigation of risks (e.g. with regards to Supports supply chain resilience)

What you have to offer.

  • Successfully completed master's degree (or comparable) in economics
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry and in process support in a GMP production facility
  • Strong knowledge of production controlling
  • Self-motivation, ability to learn as well as hands on mentality 
  • Strong team & communication skills, constructive working style, flexibility, solution orientation and an adequate understanding of quality
  • Very good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken)
