Associate* Customer Support

JPT is a DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 certified company of BioNTech SE and the leading provider of innovative peptide-based tools and services for application in immunotherapy and drug development, biomarker research and proteomics. 

As an Associate* Customer Suport you will be part of our scientific Customer Support Team. You will work in an interdisciplinary environment with colleagues from Customer Support, Sales, Marketing and Manufacturing. Our Customers are scientists and decision-makers from pharmaceutical and biotech industry as well as public research institutes, hospitals and academia.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Client Management regarding quote and order processing
  • Scientific/technical and operational customer  communication by phone, email or in person
  • Optimization of Customer Support workflows and processes
  • Interaction with marketing, sales and business development functions to establish and execute sales strategies
  • Support of accounting team through direct customer communication
  • Handling of customer requests and complaints

What you have to offer.

  • Advanced degree in Chemistry/Biological Science or comparable life science
  • Experience in promoting and selling scientific products and services
  • Fluent in English and German, an additional EU-language  such as French or Spanish is a benefit
  • Willingness to work within a multidisciplinary team and establish efficient internal and external working relationships
  • Excellent communications and problem-solving skills
